Would definitely return to this hotel, food good, friendly staff. We used the Bitacora pool every day, Vulcano pool area very small went for lunch once at Bitacora but definitely preferred food at Vulcano, just wished there were rooms for 4.More
We booked package deal with Thomson holidays for from Norwich for 1 month from 3rd February to 3rd March. Firstly flight was changed to Stansted after arrival at Norwich. We were taken by bus to Stansted, we finally got to Tenerife 11 hours later. We knew the hotel was due for refurbishment starting in April, but we had a big surprise. the work had already started. We sent a letter to Thomson on 14th March explaining how bad it was, and followed up with 1 email and 1 letter and to date, they have not even had the decency to acknowledge our letter, 4 months later. We will not be using Thomson again.More
Although this hotel was in need of refurbishment when we visited (which I believe has been carried out) it is without doubt our favourite hotel. Food is excellent, rooms are comfortable and staff is so friendly. We have visited on a number of occasions and can't speak too highly about it. Situated in the heart of las Americas makes for easy access to shops and beaches. Caters mainly for older age group so no noise after midnight. Our first choice every timeMore
Stayed here many times and we have always loved this hotel, unfortunately stayed in march and it wasn't good at all , firstly there was work going on , a roof top pool being installed which does sound lovely but unfortunately spoilt our holiday , the noise was constant and whilst relaxing on my lounger got covered in a dust so no more chilling there , each day we looked and our beds were covered in a dust we had a ground level balcony over looking the path to the strip, then if that wasn't bad enough WHATS happened to the food oh what a let down wasn't good at all . Going back in June will not be staying here time to look elsewhere , so disappointed we've had so many lovely holidays in this hotel More
Me and my boyfriend came here for our first ever holiday together after finishing our exams and it was one of the best holiday's ever. Our room was perfect and extremely spacious which a huge bed! The bathroom was immaculate and we had a balcony which was fab. The staff were all really kind. In terms of destination this hotel is perfect! It is literally a 2 minute walk from the beach front and so close to shops and the plaza! The pool is average, we wish it was deeper so we could swim but I guess it's child friendly. We went half board and the food was average. For our evening meal we probably ate at the restaurant 3/11 because the options just weren't great. However, there are plenty of amazing places to eat around the hotel anyway! I would definitely stay here again but probably without the food.More
