Ignore bad reviews!
Staying here 11 nighta and panicked when i read the reviews but when i arrived i was very happy. The hotel is very nice and clean room wasnt ready when we arrived but were allowed to put our bags in the baggage area and was given a key for all inclusive in the mean time room was lovely quite basic but is nice the pool area loads of space to sit and chill and the pool is nice and cool and is a good size. Staff from pool bar to inside are amazing fair enough they dont smile constant but if you had to serve people drinks in this weather you'd be just as happy. They are all very polite and over all the hotel is amazing. Dont come to a 3 star hotel and expect 5 stars be realistic for a 3 star hotel i feel they are very good. More
DONT GO HERE :(
Firstly I never write reviews but this is worth the read! I had read mixed reviews about this hotel but gave it a shot! Here we go... Me and my girlfriend went to this hotel for a holiday, it was my first all inclusive and if they are all like this then I won't ever be booking one again... firstly when we arrived at the hotel our room wasn't ready, we had to wait 2 hours for our room to find out it was still dirty, crisps on the floor and blood stains on the sheets and a ripped pillow!! Complained and staff had a look, never got an apology which annoyed us the most (the pillow never got changed either) and by the looks of things neither did the sheets or the towels, whenever the maids came in there was always marks left on the sheets and towels that were put on the floor to be changed would be hung back up. If you like a swimming pool you'll be okay in the bathroom as water seems to go everywhere! And if you like hearing the conversation at the end of the corridor you're in for a treat! The walls are like paper! You can hear everything! How exciting! We even got our own show at 2:30Am when someone got mysteriously drugged (we never found out if he took them himself or got spiked as we weren't allowed to know despite being up for 3 hours and worried about our safety) again this was followed with the tradition there of no apologies. Regarding the swimming pool, it was lovely and cool, however if you sunbathe in the wrong area (anywhere in the middle of the sunbathing area) you'll have an exciting smell of sewers every now and then which keeps you on your toes. The outside toilets even had their own decoration on the wall of skidmarks!! Finally on to the food, was a good selection of food and a very friendly restaurant manager called Luigi!! He was the best staff member there, always welcomed you and had a laugh. The other staff however like to clear your table before your finished (if for instance like me and my girlfriend who go up for seconds together) expect your table to be gone once you get back. Overall the hotel is a mess but the location was excellent, only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach!! More
First impressions were not good but really enjoyed our stay
Just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel at first we were a bit unhappy with the place and the rooms were tiny and only two beds between a family of 4. But we dealt with that and once settled in we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast could have been better as there was very little choice of cereals for kids but there was always plenty on offer on the hot buffet. Lunch and dinner was always of an acceptable standard and despite the restaurant always being busy there was always plenty food being replenished and never had to wait for anything at the buffet. LUIGI the meet and greet in the restaurant does a excellent job and also FERNANDO the bar man excelled in his role. Both a credit to the place. The pool was ok but the pool bar could do with more staff. The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels when needed so happy with that. The entertainment was ok but plenty room for improvement. The hotel is in a good location for a short walk to the beach and also to various shops and eateries. During our stay there was a couple of signs of trouble but most probably that was due to too much free alcohol and clowns not being able to handle their drink. Our room also had its own air con which actually worked aswell 👌More
Staff were miserable and at 12am was always keen to move u up to your room but we went to kennys over the road was very welcoming. All inclusive I think not!!! Spent an extra £700 due to having to pay for cocktails, ice cream etc. Will Never return back to this hotel! Pool is nothing like the size in real life & is dirty ie plasters in there, avoid this hotel like the plaque...will be sticking with 5* from now on More
Will return to resort but sadly not the eurosalou.
Lets start on a plus point. Kids club was great, a fantastic team who tried to keep everyone entertained. Food was ok for adults, was never left hungry. Food could be better for kids, my 4 year old likes veg to be veg...not covered in oil and garlic. He lived on cucumber chips and pizza for 2 weeks. Local spirits appeared to be watered down, get 50% off branded and cocktails which is fair enough but if I've paid all inclusive I should be able to get tipsy from the local spirits...which was impossible. Cleaners were really friendly, sheets changed once in 2 weeks on the 10th day only because I stripped the bed. Always given towels if I asked for them. Quite a noisy hotel, doors slamming, can hear people talking in adjacent rooms. No chance of an early night or a lie in. Clearly states a minimum stay of 4 nights however on a weekend Spanish guests came for the weekend. One afternoon 40 Spanish teenagers came to the pool, there was no room to swim and it was extremely noisy. More
