Well worth the money, excellent food
We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was ok, I was a bit disappointed we had 2 single beds rather than a double but that wasn't really a problem. We had a lovely view of the pool & the afternoon sun shone directly onto to the balcony late afternoon so that was really nice. The room was clean, although tired looking & maybe in need of a bit of paint but it hasn't effected me giving this hotel 5 stars ⨠We could really have done with wifi in the rooms, as to get this you have to sit in the designated area in the lobby or the bar. We were half board but swapped our evening meals for the lunches as we were sunbathing in the day. Wow!!! Lunch was something else!!! The variety of food was phenomenal, & so tasty, 10/10 on that. Breakfast was nice too but not the best I've had. The pool area was nice a clean although be warned that where the smaller pool is situated (near the children's football court) it is surrounded by trees therefore lots of birds who obviously eat very well due to the size of their "mess", we had a very lucky near miss from a bird which I can only assume was overweight ð lol, not nice, & one that decided to dump on my partners news paper he was reading whilst sunbathing ð¤¦ð½ââï¸, it's also the thoroughfare for children & parents taking part in the activities on site, it wasn't the quietest bit but if we had children with us they would've been kept entertained so that's worth thinking about if you have children & visit this hotel. The bar area was very nice, drinks are not over priced, there are plenty of tables & chairs & there was plenty for children in the evening with entertainment for them & a little games area. Would we stay here again? Yes.More
Fantastic, after staying in top hotels with top prices, this hotel and its fantastic staff can not be beaten.hidden in a quiet neighborhood but five mi s to centre of everything, from Javier and his other lovely restaurant manager, to the funny Antonio in the bar,all the staff were so pleasant, have never had this in any previous hotels, can't wait to returnMore
The hotel itself was ok for the price of our stay, the rooms were not unpleasant, and we had a great pool view. I found it strange that you had to pay for the safe if you wanted to use it, but I didn't bother and had no problems. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially in the restaurant and the bar. There was live entertainment, which was especially fun for the kids every evening with discos and face painting. Both outdoor and indoor pools were good, and the playground area was kept very clean (I believe it was washed early every morning). One thing that let this hotel down for me however was the food. We booked our stay with half board, but the food at dinner to us was a bit of a disappointment, and we ended up eating out every night after the first night. The breakfast was better but still not great. We booked direct with the hotel and received tickets for a complimentary drink and spa pass each.More
Very nice staff from reception to bar to restaurant. Reasonable prices in bar. Buffet as expected, not 5 star but good choice. Would stay here again for a short break. Rooms small but clean. Even had some evening entertainment which we didn't expect in April. More
Brilliant place to stay for a short break
Stayed here with 3 friends in April. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and shower lovely. Not up to date furnishings but clean and comfy so no problems there. Had to pay for a room safe, which I have never done before but then it was my first trip to Spain so maybe that is the norm. Private balcony but faced the main road so if you want quiet then ask for a pool view perhaps. W went half board, and the food was great, lots of choice. Breakfast had hot and cold dishes, cheese, meat, eggs etc and pancakes or omellettes. Dinner had a variety of hot dishes, breads, salad bar and 1 roast meat selection each night with lots of choice of fish or meat. Veggie selection was really pizza and chips or the salad and baked potato which is ok for a couple of days but a nicer choice of veggie sausage for morning, and maybe 1 veggie dish of a curry / lasagne etc would have been nice. There are 2 pools, both decent sizes and a baby pool. Lots of sun loungers and room to mooch around with a pool terrace in the shadier area so caters to sun worshipers and those like me who just like the fresh air! The spa was amazing! Although you had free access to the indoor pool and sauna if you booked a treatment, it was 6 euro per hour if you didnt. I had a massage and reflexology treatment and it was the best I have had. The entertainment in the evening was a bit odd, very 'butlins' type which for a 4 start hotel was strange, but I think it is really 3 star with the spa which increases it to 4. 10 min walk to the beach and main strip, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would go back with family or friends. Many thanks for a great stay!More
