Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel near all amenities and only short walk to the beach. Hotel clean and rooms cleaned daily. Definitely recommend to friends and family. Lotsof trips andplaces tovisit. The bus card for 12 euros for 10 trips is well worth getting we renewed ours 3 times.More

Absolutely terrible, not worthy time. Birthday trip ruined.
Food: extremely poor quality. Whilst all-inclusive, the staff are nothing but rude. An unbelievable incident happened on the first day where one of our group wasn't allowed into the meal area due to wearing a vest; the rude little food body-guard allowed an older gentleman wearing EXACTLY the same clothes, and upon being confronted about why we were any different, he responded with 'he older'. As if, somehow, that's ok. I can confirm that the manager saw sense after being called, and the problem was sort of rectified. Although, there was no mention of the age limit on wearing skimpy attire to eat the often bland and limp food. Drinks: apparently as a group of young men we're not allowed more than two drinks each at one time. This, for me, is highly irritating due to having to repeatedly queue at the slow bar rather than enjoy our time together (which is a rarity) (the drinks by the way are consumed in just a couple of mouthfuls). Some of the bar staff are terribly rude for no reason at all. They're cutting, overly sour, and even though I've tried to be friendly and light hearted, they often just blank me. I honestly do not feel as though anything was explained properly either, due to having repeated problems with what we can/can't order. The beer (San Miguel) downstairs is different, and is horribly flat. The coke & diet coke is watery and lifeless. The snack food, although freely available is horrific and I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Staff: the bar staff member 'Darlin' is atrocious. I have never felt so unwanted, and for no good reason. None of us feel welcome, or anything short of a just an inconvenience. The reception staff however are very pleasant and extremely helpful. Anna was brilliant, and the male main member of staff has also been excellent. Bedrooms: our group have had two rooms. The air-conditioning doesn't work in one of them, but apart from that, they're clean and rather nicely decorated. Other than that, I'd never come here again. We're still staying here and are half way through the stay; I look forward to never coming here again. More
10/10 can't wait to return 😁
So this is about the 5th time I have stayed in this hotel in Salou! It never fails to disappoint... you get what you pay for a 3* hotel! We stayed the 3-17 June. The weather wasn't the best for the first couple of days but soon brightened up for the remainder mostly being around 30 degrees 😎☀️ The room was perfect👌🏼 had 5th floor room looking over salou and over towards port aventura! Air conditioning was very good and maids came in and cleaned everyday. The bar staff are all pretty friendly, if you speak to them they will make more of an effort with you!😁 special mention to Jorge, Jiminez, Luigi, Roccio, & Musta 👍🏼 The restaurant was buffet style, I'd say a wide selection to choose from. Ameth & Ndao are always happy and friendly whilst doing the cooking! Some stuff is repetitive but most all inclusive hotels are. Paco is always welcoming on the door. Entertainment team consists of Genis & Kevin both very friendly towards the kids and families and try to get everyone involved in activities. Such as water polo, boules, darts etc Night receptionist Moustapha was very friendly and helped however he could. I'll probably be returning very soon 🇪🇸💕More

Vacation in Spain
Rested from 4 to 14 June 2017. We were satisfied. Room overlooking the pool. The food in the hotel is varied and satisfying. Every day, offered fruit, a lot of varied pastries, jelly, ice cream. There is a corner with diet and nutrition for children. I would like to highlight an entertainment program during the day and evening. Every day at 21 pm an entertaining show for children. At 22 hours for adults and children. Special thanks to the animator Genis. Always friendly, able to cheer up and hang out. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday! I recommend this hotel to everyone!More
