The waterpark here comes with outdoor pools, a lazy river and over 30 waterslides. There's also a wave pool and a treasure island for little ones with lots of mini slides, and water fountains. Opening days can vary depending on the weather, and not all slides are open during May and October. The waterpark is open to the public, too.
Just so you know, there are height and age restrictions for some of the slides here.
Height and age restrictions:
- All slides have a minimum height restriction of 120cm, except for the Super Combo - inflatable tube slide which has a minimum height of 140cm.
The onsite Aqua Fantasy Waterpark is jam-packed with slides, chutes and flumes. Treasure Island is the place to head for little kids, filled with plenty of little slides and sprays. At the other end of the scale, there are plenty of bigger slides including multi-lane flumes for racing, fast-paced snake slides and tube slides. And right down the middle of the scale, you've got family favourites like a wave pool and lazy river.
Just so you know, there are height restrictions for the slides here, you need to be at least 120cm tall, or 140cm for the Super Combo tube ride. The baby boats, triple boats and restaurant here are not part of your All Inclusive package.
Although this waterpark is onsite, it's open to the public, too.
For ages 4 to 12, the hotel-run kids' club has everything from indoor and outdoor playgrounds to a hobby room. The kids get their own pools and toy room. And after dinner, they can join in the fun performing on the stage under the guidance of professional animators.

AQUA SWEET AND SOUR
THE SWEET===I have just arrived back after a 2 week break to this hotel with my mother and her 2 sisters all over (70 YEAR OLDS) my self and my wife(BOTH 50) plus my son (25) my daughter and partner and grandson ( 4) So a varied age group ,And I must say this hotel catered for everyone from the adult pool only,To the FREE WATERPARK also the different pools and slides around hotel grounds. The hotel complex is amazing majority of staff were very pleasant and always there if needed .Our rooms were on ground floor looking over FONTANA POOL were most activity's took place like DARTS,WATER POLO,GAMES IN POOL, AND POOL PARTY, Animation team worked very hard and we all enjoyed watching and taking part ,Rooms were suitable with double bed and sliding door to separate room with bed and couch with 2 individual tv's if intrested with SKY SPORTS .There is various bars about this hotel so you could drink 24/7 if you chose ,the complex has 2 main parts Fontana or Tropicana there is entertainment on day and night with a really good beach party in evening .We used THE CHINESE AL A CARTE (FREE) and STEAKHOUSE(£11. A HEAD ) but both really nice and a change from MAIN BUSY RESTAURANT I am a so called fussy eater but I had no real problem having a meal at day or night .I must mention THE PEARL BAR were we spent most of our time and THE MANAGER CESIM and his staff could not do enough for what he called (HIS 3 FLOWERS MY MUM AND SISTERS ALL OVER 70} THANK YOU THE SOUR== on first day we noticed a swim up pool so as we decided to use it my son placed his cap ,I pod, and prescription sun glasses on the bar while we had a drink as the only people there were 2 bar men and life guard at the time we though nothing of it but after 1 drink we got out to find they were gone on asking bar staff who seemed not to understand we asked the Thomson rep she took our room number and said she would follow it up but told us to go guest relations they told us they would check with security and cameras after 10 days of going to ask them they said engineer was fixing Wi-Fi and still not checked so then rep said she checked cctv and showed nothing I was still not happy so asked for head of security who then informed me he told guest relations the cameras don't work so rep was lying and my time was wasted going to ask so in my opinion the professional behaviour was pathetic also my stuff never turned up so be very careful with your valuables around outside areas as there is a thief at this hotel ???? but would go back but more careful next timeMore
Very nice , everything is clean and perfect. It seems a good place for vacation especially if you have a child, Staff are very attentive to you.The park's equipment is well-designed. Finally if you want to reserve a restaurant please do it 2or3 day's earlier oderwise you may lose it!More
Not a 5 star hotel!!
Just got home after a 2 week stay with my 2 children, first impressions where not good, arrived at 9.30 at night , greeted by miserable reception staff, gave us our key and pointed in the direction of our room , no help with luggage or directions at all!! We was told the restaurant was open to get something to eat , well we got cold potatoes and veg ! Some pros :- water park is great apart from you have to buy drinks and food. Entertainment is good , lots of it throughout the day and night! The entertainment team work really hard , no faults at all! Pools are clean and not over crowded, which is nice Nice location Nice beach Restaurant staff are really polite and helpful Cons- Food is abit repetitive but what all inclusive is not! Rooms are what I would imagine if I was staying at a bnb in Blackpool!! Seriously needs updating! Taps where hanging off the walls , shower did not work , bath was blocked most of the time! Sink tap got stuck and would not turn off , reported this to very useless reception and it took them 2 hours to come and fix it which by then the bathroom was flooded!! Cleaners where absolutely shocking!! Did not clean the rooms properly , on a few occasions I had to complain as the room had not even been hoovered or beds made ! For the whole 2 weeks we was there the porch got cleaned once! Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel! Miserable bar staff especially in the pearl bar! Slammed drinks down and walks off does not even interact with guests. Very rude and not helpful shop owners especially the toy shop!! I was told to "hurry up and go back to England "after I took back an item which broke within two days of my buying it and his response was in turkey there's no guarantee you buy it break so what! Wil I go back to aqua fantasy ? If it was for the entertainment and pools and beach then yes but for anything else then no! Which is not great as I do actually like it there but they to sort out the problems before I would even consider returning! More
Not enough for 1 week
This is our 5th trip to Turkey and the first one to kusadasi.I have visited Alanya,Antalya and bodrum but the first thing about kusadasi that made extra ordinary attention is the nature that surrounds you.The hotel was located a little far from the city center about 20 minutes but who cares?!?Even our family which love to spend in shopping mall couldn't made it out😂everything was excellent or nearby to that.Animation team was wooow!!!Especially Tina,Niki and Misha.staff could have understand english as if your job going well.there were too many bars around the hotel that you could ever imagine!!!Rooms were clean and accessible from any where you are.Receptions were polite but not if you ask them the wifi problem😄.Actually the only bad thing was wifi connection which drove us crazy a little bit.food was average, the variety was fine. The hotel was like a small village.Aquapark was amazing it self but if you want to go there you've better to put your stuff in you room although the security of there is ok.African beach party was the amazing party I've ever seen. It's like a boom festival or like that!!!Every night after dinner we had a animation show in amphi theater.water polo game, volleyball, minigolf and...was free and fun But some other things like pinpong and billard were extra and you have to pay money. Some famous drink were like that too 4 example a shot of tequila or red lable cost you 18 lirBut drinks are fine.cocktail are limited though!!!!Free tequila was served only in beach bar.At the end everything was fine and I recommend this hotel to everyone.Hope you would have a better trip than me;)More
Not so inclusive
I am some what baffled by some the reviews on this site. They must have visited a completely different resort. I have been fortunate enough to visit quite a few other all inclusive resorts in Turkey and this one fell well below standard. Our "garden view " was an overgrown field . We complained to the very grumpy unhelpful man at reception but it was very obvious he really didn't care. No welcome drinks no welcome at all . He didn't say hello. In fact it took the rep Kim to step in before they agreed to change our room but it wasn't going to be until the next day. The food was not of a particular goid standard and labels in Turkish..which wasn't helpful. On a positive note rooms were large and spacious..however anybody with mobility issues will have problems getting in and out of bath as the side was abnormally high. Pool bar did not serve cocktails during the day...You had to go the beach bar...which you didnt want to do each time. The cups were never collected so they then attracted loads of wasps. I do agree with others regarding the animation team Hard working and fun. They were great. This holiday is advertised as having an on-site water park ,which is why we booked it. But the Water park is not part of the all inclusive..which is not clear in brochures. You could pre pay on your room card..but it was an extra expense we hadn't expected. We booked into the Italian a la carte...looking forward to a nice meal after the boring main buffet. What a disappointment the food and service was mediocre at best. It took us 45 mins to get our drinks and we were only the 2nd table to have arrived. The waterpark is great and very clean..we always got sun beds whatever time we went. The queues moved quickly too As said I have visited other all inclusive in Turkey and this one fell well below standard especially for the price we paid. We could have gone to Dubai or Cuba for the same money. I would not recommend this hotel. More
