Hello Palm Wings :)
Me, my family and our friends had a wonderful vacation. I wona say about animation team. I love them :) Jack - With him we played darts, Ally - With him we played french ball, Igor doing great gymnastic and aqua gym, and Fethie - Oh! Fethie is my favorite :) With her I played my favorite ZUMBA and steppe aerobics. And also, she is very fun at the night show. She is good comedy actress ;) Beach is very good and sand so fine ... I like this place :)More
We had high expectations because the reviews were mostly excellent and we weren't disappointed. Highlights of the holiday: Berk from the Spa - we met Berk on our first day and he recommended the Turkish bath and bronzing massage. My daughter (17) and I thought it was a great experience. The massage therapist recommended a course of manual lymphatic drainage massages which I had and was astonished to find that an enlarged gland in my neck (which I'd had for 6 months) disappeared completely. Berk continued to speak to us regularly during our stay and it really made us feel like special guests - thank you Berk, you are a credit to this hotel. Faik in the Lobby Bar always paid us special attention and without fail remembered our drinks whenever we went into the bar. My daughter and I discussed writing this review and we really struggled to come up with any negatives. I'd read in previous reviews that there was a relax pool for over 16's and that people complained that children were allowed in. The management have acted on this and there was a lifeguard permanently stationed by the pool to ensure that it remained adult only. Food and drink were plentiful and with a wide variety - rum and tequila could be stocked in the pool bars as they only have vodka but it's a very minor point. All in all a fabulous experience and we have recommended to friends More
Room with a view
Arrived at hotel and was greeted by one of about 3 members of staff that can speak English. First impression seemed good. Bedrooms are adequate and clean and tidy, bed was to hard for our liking and a separate shower rather then over the bath would have been nice. The foyer area is spacious and the only area to sit at night for a drink, if your hoping for a quiet evening think again the children's animation finishes between 21.30-22.00 the families then all descend to the foyer and you have lots of children running around screaming and shouting until 23.30-24.00. On a good note Arif who waits the tables and brings your drinks is great couldn't be more helpful. The beach is clean and tidy and plenty of beds with plenty of shade. The pool area if adults on your own head to the quiet pool, really nice area which is restricted to over 16, the main pool is very busy. The worst thing about the hotel is the food, the buffet area is noisy and most evenings your choice was some sort of stew, there was no fresh cooking stations at night and at times a challenge to find a seat, if you leave your plate on the table to get something else you will come back to the table to find it gone and someone else in your seat. The evening meal isn't appetizing at all. At breakfast they do cook omelettes and fried eggs together with choices of breads etc. The lunchtime outside food buffet has good selection for a snack. We tried the Italian a la carte, and was looking forward to nice meal choosing the beef tenderloin, unfortunately it was more like roadkill than tenderloin. We have stayed in a few 5 star hotels and they were far superior to this one, a few simple changes could make it better, a choice of bars to sit at a night, possible adults only area in restaurant and employ a few good chefs. We chose this hotel as got it at reduced price and booked at last minute , wouldn't want to have paid full amount. If you want a quiet break then suggest you choose another hotel. Unfortunately we wouldn't return.More
Me and my partners stayed in this hotel for a week in July, when we arrived at the hotel at 10 pm at night we was welcomed with a late night meal for us! We then got shown to our room we asked to be moved so we could get a better view i.e. Of the pool and they did this without question. The hotel is so clean they are forever going around and cleaning that be in the lobby or even the gardens . They have three pools the main , the relax pool and the adult only pool. We always stayed around the relax pool as the main pool was wayyy to busy for our liking. The relax pool had its own bar aswell. You didn't have to get up at stupid time in the morning to reserve sun beds as there was always loads to go around. The only thing I would say about the pool areas was that they had metal sunbeds and they got very very hot during the day! The main restaurant had a number of different foods available a wide range of choice and they had four a la carte : Mexican,Turkish , Italian and fish which made of change from going into the main restaurant. During the day they had a snack bar which served food from 12-6 and ice cream from 12-5. During the day they had entertainment laid out such as darts ,water gym, table tennis and many more. of an evening they had entertainment Also ever that be the entertainment staff doing it or outside entertainers coming in. Jack from the entertainment team was the best he spoke to us every day ever that be a good morning or a full long chat. We always stayed at the lobby bar of an evening drinking cocktails or gin and tonics, there was a bar waiter which was a credit to the hotel as he was amazing he was so friendly and couldn't do enough for ya Faik!! (Monster) ... this was an amazing hotel and we would definitely go back again!! More
