Really enough for a nice holiday
Since the hotel is built on a large area, the activities are sufficient for short holidays. I can not say the same for the taste and the crowd of the restaurant, although the variety of meals is much. The beach is very good. You need to pay attention to sea chestnuts. The rooms are very comfortable and the great views are great.More
Terrible resort... terrible service and experience
No AC working in rooms, not clean, bad food, very bad service and no bed blankets!!!! hard to believe, I know, but unfortunately true. despite of the good location, the stay was a bad experience. The so called heated pools are cold, most of the spa facility is not working, very disappointing. looks like free meals, mean cheap and bad quality, the only thing to have is beer and water.... TV's offer mainly Turkish channels, a sort of ignorance of international tourists............................... It was hard to talk to a receptionist, and when you are luck too, you find ignorance. they just don't care, saying that the resort will close in few days, so who care!!!!!!! I will definitely not return to this resort and will definitely recommend to try other resorts......................................................................................................................... xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxMore
Good value off-peak season luxury getaway
Took a weekend here in early October before it closes for the season. At that time of year it was exceptional value, with most amenities on offer still, but only partially full of course. We stayed in one of the Dublex Family rooms, with a normal large double room sporting an upstairs balcony-type half-room, accessed via open stairs; complete with its own shower room. For a family of four, it made for excellent value, but with a little privacy and still all the mod-cons and comfort. The beach was deserted almost, but easy to find a sheltered spot to soak up the autumn sun. Water was for the brave only, but invigorating nonetheless :) Restaurant was still as good as we'd remembered, with plenty of choice , well presented and sumptuous - as one would expect for such an establishment. Outdoor pool was spotless, as was the indoor and all the spa. Will certainly consider going again.More
Very nice hotel and outstanding value for money. Hotel offered an all inclusive deal which was good value. Quality of the food could be described as adequate but good for the price. Clientele is mainly Turks so not much English spoken. Rooms reasonably modern and public areas very well kept. Hotel was very clean.More
Beautiful views, lovely hotel BUT!
This is a beautiful hotel set in a stunning location. It has everything you need for your holiday, pools, fitness center, spa, beach. Staff are very friendly and most are helpful, Four days into our 14 night stay the air con stopped working in the bedroom. We spent the night completely melting in the room. I visited reception 6 times over thee next 3 days and was given an assortment of reasons as to why it was not working, and different times as to when it would be fixed. We had to sleep with the balcony doors open all night. On the 4th night after speaking with customer relations we were eventually moved to another room. The food was beautifully displayed, cooked lovely and a good selection. But it was such a shame that 50 to 60% of it was cold. Such a waste. When I complained that the scrambled egg was very cold one morning at 7 am I was told I could put it in the microwave. We thought we might eat at one of the 3 a la carte places, but they were closed. These things did not spoil our holiday, but they didn't make it a fantastic holiday either.More
