About Meloneras
This is a brand new up and coming high quality resort. Stroll along the seafront promenade which leads to El Faro (lighthouse) with its tempting selection of restaurants and bars offering international cuisine and low key entertainment. A small rocky beach lies beneath a second commercial centre area with a handful of bars and restaurants. The sand dunes of Maspalomas are easily reached via the seafront promenade.
About Gran Canaria
Gran Canaria with its excellent climate has a landscape of such contrasting scenery that it has been labelled a "Continent in Miniature". Its sharp ravines plunge 2,000 metres to sea level and are dramatically picturesque while the undulating dunes give a distinctly African flavour.
