Location
The Apartment complex is situated up hill in the area of Puerto del Carmen, approx. 850m from the beach. The complex is located slightly away from the resort centre (approx. 800m away), yet it is close enough if you are looking for a change of scenery. There are a small selection of shops, bars and restaurants to be found within approx. 500m. A bus stop can be found approx. 30m from the complex.

A real favourite for families and young people alike, Puerto del Carmen is Lanzarote's most popular resort. It has a 3km stretch of wide sandy beach and at night-time it is the liveliest place on the island with a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants with something for everyone.
