In fact, we’re so confident in our prices that we offer this Falcon Price Challenge. If you find an identical holiday offered by another Tour Operator within 14 days of booking with Falcon, we’ll either reduce our price to match it and take off €10 or £10 per booking, or refund you the money paid.

Terms and Conditions for lowest priced holidays

The following elements of the lower priced holiday must be the same:

• Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland departure
• Date and time of departure
• Holiday duration
• Accommodation type
• Facilities

How to claim

Call us on 1850 94 61 64 (Republic of Ireland) or 028 90 389 387 (Northern Ireland) with your booking reference number. You need to claim within 14 days of booking online and provide printed proof of the lower priced holiday.

Exclusions

The prices to be compared are the total holiday prices, including aviation and security charges and excluding any insurance premiums.

Our guarantee cannot include any holiday offered by other operators on a promotional basis, such as free children, late or limited availability offers.
